NEWS XXXTentacion's domestic abuse charges officially dropped after his death
XXXTentacion is posthumously freed of his domestic abuse charges over the alleged beating of his ex-girlfriend.
Before his untimely death, he was awaiting trial after his ex-girlfriend Geneva Ayala claimed he abused her when she was pregnant with his child.
Now TMZ reports that the domestic abuse charges were officially dropped at a court hearing this week in Florida because of X's death. The "SAD!" rapper was also accused of witness tampering, aka convincing his girlfriend not to stand trial. But it's expected that the witness tampering charges will be dropped as well.
XXXTentacion whose real name was Jahseh Onfroy, 20, was gunned down on June 18 while leaving a Deerfield Beach motorcycle dealership.
So far, Police have arrested three suspects, and are still looking for one more.
